Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using HabibPrint's services, including our website, placing orders, or engaging with our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and HabibPrint ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

Order Process and Requirements
Placing Orders
- Orders can be placed through our website, phone, email, or in-person consultation
- All orders require a valid quote or estimate before production begins
- Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products and services
- Rush orders are subject to availability and additional charges
File Requirements
- Files must be high-resolution (300 DPI minimum for print)
- Colors should be in CMYK format for accurate reproduction
- Fonts must be embedded or outlined in vector files
- Proper bleed and trim marks must be included where applicable
- We offer file preparation services for an additional fee if needed
Proofs and Approval
- Digital proofs will be provided for approval before production
- Physical proofs may be requested for an additional charge
- Production will not begin until proof approval is received
- Changes after proof approval may incur additional charges
Pricing and Payment Terms
Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Rush order surcharges may apply
- Taxes and delivery charges are additional
Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment required for new customers
- Established customers may qualify for net payment terms
- Payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, credit card
- Late payment charges may apply after due date
- Orders will not be released until payment is complete
Production and Delivery
Production Timeline
- Standard production time is 3-5 business days after proof approval
- Complex projects may require longer production times
- Rush services available for urgent orders (additional charges apply)
- Production times do not include weekends or public holidays
- Delays due to customer changes or approvals are not our responsibility

Quality Standards and Warranties
Our Quality Commitment
- We guarantee professional-grade printing quality
- All materials meet industry standards
- Color matching within industry-acceptable tolerances
- Defective products will be reprinted at no charge
- Quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery
Warranty Limitations
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
- Customer-approved proofs limit our liability for errors
- We are not responsible for design or content accuracy
- Weather damage during outdoor use is not covered
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before production begins
- Cancellation after production starts may incur charges
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once in production
- Design work completed cannot be refunded
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only for manufacturing defects
- Customer errors approved in proofs are not refundable
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
Intellectual Property Rights
Customer Content
- You warrant that you own or have rights to all content submitted
- You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions and licenses
- We are not liable for copyright or trademark infringement claims
- You indemnify us against any legal claims related to your content
Our Original Work
- Original designs created by our team belong to you upon full payment
- We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio
- Template designs and stock elements remain our property
- Our proprietary processes and methods are protected
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question. We shall not be liable for:
Excluded Damages
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost profits or business interruption
- Data loss or corruption
- Third-party claims or demands
Force Majeure
- Natural disasters or acts of God
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Labor strikes or material shortages
- Technical failures beyond our control
